Assessment Process

An Assessment for SPLD Dyslexia tests the following:

• Underlying verbal and non-verbal ability

• Reading, writing, spelling and comprehension

• How an individual processes information

Test results are used to build an individual profile of strengths, weaknesses and learning styles.

A full diagnostic report includes an analysis of test results and recommendations to support an individual’s learning needs.

Recommendations are relevant to an individual’s setting and include a range of recommendations for individuals, families and education or work settings.

Recommendations are not necessarily costly.
